Compact filter

The fine-dust compact filters of the ACS HEK series were developed for applications where the finest particles must be reliably captured—even under demanding conditions with high or highly fluctuating airflow rates. Typical applications include painting and drying systems as well as other sensitive ventilation systems. The V-shaped pleated filter media features an optimized pleat geometry. This creates a particularly large filter surface area, enabling stable filtration performance combined with cost-effective service life.

The filter element is integrated into a compact and robust plastic housing with a depth of 292 mm and can be easily installed in standard bag filter mounting frames. The corrosion-free housing is moisture-resistant up to 100% relative humidity and is therefore suitable for demanding operating conditions. For special applications—such as supply air filtration in gas turbines or turbochargers—variants with increased burst pressures (HEK/GT version) are available. The filters are available in various performance levels: from ISO ePM2.5 to ISO ePM1 according to ISO 16890, as well as up to Class H13 according to EN 1822. A fully incinerable version is also available as an option.
