ACS activated carbon cartridges have been specially developed for the reliable removal of gaseous and odorous air contaminants. The cylindrical rod-shaped carbon used is characterized by high abrasion resistance and low air resistance, ensuring efficient and stable filtration. In addition to standard carbon for the adsorption of hydrocarbons, a wide range of impregnated specialty carbons with various particle sizes and shapes is available.
For particularly demanding applications, chemical absorption filters are also available, which can be specifically designed to target particular pollutants. ACS activated carbon filters are available in various designs, including galvanized steel, stainless steel (V2A/1.4301 or V4A/1.4571), and plastic. In addition, the portfolio includes activated carbon solutions in the form of compact filters, bag filters, filter cells, and synthetic filter media. ACS also supplies activated carbon as bulk material in various forms for customized applications.
