ACS filter elements are available in various designs and always offer the right solution for different requirements. The VZ series consists of special synthetic nonwovens or ultra-fine glass fiber nonwovens that are folded into tight parallel pleats to achieve an optimal ratio of filter area to flow-through area. This ensures uniform flow and efficient separation.

The MZ series uses the finest synthetic fiber fleece or microfiberglass and features the Minipleat process, which enables a significantly increased filter area. This results in high performance and optimal results in use. The GZ series is based on randomly arranged glass fibers with progressive density, which are enclosed in a stable cell frame made of special cardboard. This special media structure ensures high separation efficiency while maintaining a slow pressure rise, thereby enabling particularly economical operation as a prefilter.
